FORMATION

 

Meerut Children Welfare Trust is a charitable non – Governmental organization created in 1994 by voluntary efforts of eminent person of Meerut city. It is a registered Trust under Indian Trust Act. It is also registered:-

• With Income Tax Deptt. U/s 12A & 80G of Income Act 1961.

• With Uttar Pradesh Govt. for running school of special education & Rehabilitation centre u/s 52 of “Persons with Disabilities, Equal Opportunities and Protection of Rights & Full Participation Act 1995.”

• With Ministry of Home Affair Govt. of India under FCRA Act.

•  It is also a State Nodal Agency partner (SNAP) of National Trust, an organization of Govt. of India under Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment.

• It is on Grant-in-aid from Govt. of India, Ministry of Social Justices & Empowerment.
